正直、私、「プレミアムフライデー」については、よく知らなかった！
というか、アンケートのテーマとしては上がっていたが、なんだかピンとこなくて、スルーしていた。
経済産業省のHPによると、
「プレミアムフライデー」とは、
個人が幸せや楽しさを感じられる体験（買物や家族との外食、観光等）や、そのための時間の創出を促すことで、
(1) 充実感・満足感を実感できる生活スタイルの変革への機会になる
(2) 地域等のコミュニティ機能強化や一体感の醸成につながる
(3)（単なる安売りではなく）デフレ的傾向を変えていくきっかけとなる
といった効果につなげていく取組です。
なんだそうだ。

プレミアムフライデー推進協議は、経済産業省や経団連、小売り、旅行などの業界団体。
仕事を早く終えて、帰りに買い物に行ったり、外食したり、週末を利用して旅行をしたり…してもらうことで、消費を活性化させるのが目的ってことね。
な〜んかさぁ、働く人のためというより、業界団体のためなのね？
お役所が考えそうなこと…って感じだなぁ。
でもさぁ〜、午後3時に退社できるのなんて、公務員の人たちくらいでは？と思うのだけど…。
人それぞれ職場事情は違うだろうが、不動産会社とアパレル会社勤務の女子に聞いたところ、ほぼ毎日、残業なのだそうだ。
正社員でも職種や部署によっては帰りたくても仕事がある人もいるだろうし、派遣やパートタイムで、時給で仕事している人だと収入に影響するよね？
仮にプレミアムフライデーで月に1回、早く退社できたとして、他の日の残業がさらに増える、なんてことにはならないのかな？？？
実際のところ、どれくらいの会社が、プレミアムフライデーを導入するのかしらね？？？
時間だけじゃなく、「プレミアム手当（お小遣い）」をつけてくれるなら、話は変わるけれどね。
手当を出しても貯金する人も多いと思うので、手当を消費に使ってもらうためには、買い物や外食の領収証を提出すれば、一定額を会社が出してくれる、な〜んて、どう？
時間がないから、出かけられないのか？お金がないから、出かけないのか？
いつも満席のお店でさえ、お給料日前に客数が減ることなんてザラにある。
これって、時間が足りないから…じゃないよね？？
しかし、文句ばかり言っても仕方ないので、プレミアムフライデーで、週末を有意義に過ごして、リフレッシュ。
次週の仕事の効率もアップして、残業も減る。
そういう好循環ができるといいね。

Honestly I did not know much about “Premium Friday”.

(3) the opportunity to go to change the (not just a discount) deflationary trend
It is an effort to lead to the effect.
It seems.
Premium Friday Promotion Consultation is a trade association such as Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Japan Economic Organization Federation, retail, travel.
It is the purpose of activating consumption by finishing work early, going shopping on the way home, eating out, traveling using the weekend.
Rather than for workers, it is for industry groups, right?
I feel like that is likely considered bureaucratic.
I think that only civil servants can leave the office at 3 PM.
Everyone is different at each workplace, but when I asked girls working at real estate companies and apparel companies, I heard that they are working overtime almost everyday.
Even regular employees will have jobs even if they want to return by job category or department. If you are a temporary worker or a part-time jober, it will affect your income.
If I could leave early once a month with a premium Friday, I wonder if it will make things more overtime at other days, is not it?
As a matter of fact, how many companies will introduce Premium Friday?
If not only time but “premium allowance (pocket money)” will be attached, circumstances change.
I think that there are many people who save money even if they give allowances. In order to have allowances to be used for consumption, if the company submits shopping and eating out receipts, the company will issue a fixed amount, what about these measures?
Do not go out because there is no time? Do not go out because there is no money?
Even shops that are always full, it is normal for customers to decrease before their payday.
