改正風俗営業法が、平成28年6月23日、施行された。
これによって、音楽に合わせて踊る「クラブ」は、店内の明るさなどの条件を満たせば、朝までの営業が可能になる。

今回、風営法って、いろいろ細かい分類と規制があることを初めて知った。
ついでだが、ディスコとクラブの違いは・・・
風営法上、ディスコは「第二号・ナイトクラブ」に該当し、「店が酒類を提供し、客を躍らせる娯楽施設」。これに対してクラブは、「第五号・喫茶店、バー（甲）」で、「暗い照明の下で客に酒類を提供する場所」と定義されています。
ディスコもクラブも、お酒を飲んで踊れるが、クラブは、お店をレンタルスペースとして貸し出してイベントが行われるということらしい。
で、そのクラブが、これまでは24時（商業地区は25時）までの営業とされていたのが、朝まで営業できるようになる。これで、夜遊びをする人が増え、店の売上アップ！となるだろうか？？？
夜遊びする人が増えて、クラブ以外のお店の利用も増えて、景気UPとなれば、それに越したことはないのだが・・・
そういえば、平成20年（2008年）に文部科学省の発表した学習指導要領により2011年から段階的に、小学校、中学校、高校において表現運動・リズムダンスと称してロックダンスやヒップホップダンスが体育に導入された。いやあ、この子たちが次のターゲットってことかしら？
