施行は1年後だけれど、これによって罰則が設けられ、ディスカウントストアやスーパーの酒の安売りが規制されるようになるそうだ。
家飲み派にとっては、気になるところだろう。
家飲み派は、ほぼ毎日晩酌、休日は昼から呑むという人もいるだろう。うちの父も一年365日、晩酌を欠かしたことはなかった。
もうずいぶん前だが、結婚をした男性が「家ではビールが飲みたい！発泡酒は勘弁してくれ！」と言っていたが、家計に影響が見えると、家庭内での締め付けが厳しくなるんだろうなぁ。
家飲みをしない私は、お酒を買うことはないので、直接的に影響は感じにくい気もするが、飲食店のお酒も値上げになるのだろうか？？？そこんところは気になる。
大阪の天満は、安価で、美味しいお店がたくさんあって、毎日のように通う人も結構多い。
私が知るおじさんは、仕事帰りに友人と二人で、毎日2～3軒は梯子をする日々。1軒でビール+つまみで、一人当たり500円を3軒くらい。
毎日必ず飲む人なので、ざっと計算して、外で飲む酒代は、月5万円くらいって感じだろうか？家に帰っても飲んでいる可能性もあるし、もっと多いのかもね？
私などはチューハイ1杯飲んで、2品食べて1,000円以下で終わるが、これも毎日続けば、それなりの金額にはなるよね。
私もよくお世話になっている居酒屋には、女性の一人客も多い。だいたい40代って感じかな。安いこともあるだろうが、食べるし、飲むし。みんなそこそこ飲んでいるように見える。若い世代では飲まない子が増えていると聞くが、女の子はそこそこ飲んでいるようにも感じる。
片や、新地のクラブが好きという人もいて、仕事が不調の時でも（いやそういう時だからこそ飲みたくなるのかもしれないが）、月100万円の飲み代は使っていたそうだ。が、今は、その煽りというか、仕事は順調だが、痛風のため禁酒中。
そして、最近よく目にするのが、ファミレスでの飲酒。
昼間から女性一人で、デキャンタとつまみ系なんて人もいるし、仕事終わりに一人で来て食事しながら飲んでいる男性客も結構見かける。
一人で飲んで美味しいのか？と思うが、お酒が好きということなのだろうね？
元来、私自身がお酒好きではないので、一人飲みの気持ちは、正直わからないのよね。
ある日、電源を求めて入ったファミレスにやたら声の大きな女性と、その前でうなだれてほとんど声を出さない男性がいたのだが、女性はファミレス中に響くほどの大声で、おじさんを叱責しているように見えた。
それから、しばらくして、再び同じファミレスで二人に出会った。またしても、おじさんは、叱られているのか？と見ていたら、どうやら二人は同僚らしく、ビールを何杯もお代わりして、女性は酔いが回って声が大きくなり、仕事の愚痴をなんども繰り返している模様。
なんや、酔っ払いかぁ～。
へぇ～、ファミレスでねぇ～と不思議な気分。最後、二人は千鳥歩きで出て行った。
それにしても、周りまで巻き込むほどの大声は、ファミレスでも、居酒屋でも、どこでも嫌がられると思うのだけど、酔った者勝ちってことかなぁ～～～
